What makes ZIP-ZAC towels unique?
ZIP-ZAC towels have a patented corner pocket built right into the towel so you can keep your valuables with you at all times while working out at the gym or relaxing at the beach. The pocket is lined with water-resistant nylon to keep everything safe and dry. You no longer have to worry about leaving your cell phone at the last machine you used in the cardio area or losing your keys in the sand at the beach.
Is the pocket waterproof or water-resistant?
The pocket on the ZIP-ZAC towel is water-resistant. If water splashes on it your valuables will stay safe and dry. If the towel gets submerged in water for a period of time, it will eventually seep through the water-resistant lining.
What are the washing instructions for ZIP-ZAC towels?
Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach colored towels. Tumble dry.
Is the ZIP-ZAC zipper pull non-rusting?
Yes, under normal conditions, the ZIP-ZAC zipper pull is non-rusting.
How long do ZIP-ZAC towels last?
It depends on how often you use it, but all of the ZIP-ZAC towels are constructed of high quality, long-lasting materials that should give you many years of use.
What is your return policy?
Used items may not be returned unless there is a defect in the manufacturing and will then be exchanged for the identical item. Unused items must be returned within 10 days of receipt in original condition and packaging for a refund credit. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Buyer shall pay all shipping costs for returns. Returned items must be securely packaged and reach Seller without damage. Customers must call ZIP-ZAC to receive a return authorization number (RA#), returns will not be accepted without a RA#. Lost or missing items must be reported, in writing, within ten (10) business days of order receipt.
What about damaged goods or mis-shipments?
At ZIP-ZAC we are committed to providing quality products to our customers.We perform several quality checks before an item leaves our warehouse. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@zip-zac.com. We will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement.
Are ZIP-ZAC towels available at retail locations?
At this time ZIP-ZAC towels are only available at a few select retail locations. However, we are expanding all of the time, so check back often. In the mean time, ZIP-ZAC towels are available for purchase on our internet site.
